Wei holds a Ph.D in Statistics from the University of Michigan and specializes in quantitative modeling, tailoring financial strategies that align with clients’ appetite for risk parity and alpha generation.

Carla’s is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business where she double majored in marketing and finance. She is the lead CFA at Lambda and manages clients.

Rod joins Lambda as COO after nearly 15 years as one of the leading business innovators in the investment management space. A graduate of Harvard, Rod is a thought leader in his field.

Nicholas leads the outside sales division at Lambda, focusing on client sourcing, and regularly interfacing with pension fund and home office managers from around the country.

Stacy holds a masters in Statistics from Rice University in Houston, TX and works with Wei on quantitative modeling, fine-tuning and backtesting models before they are implemented.

Nicole holds a BS in Marketing from Rice University in Houston, TX and is the newest member of the Lambda team. She is primarily focused on prospectus design and brochure materials.

Gani is a computer science graduate of Rice University in Houston, TX and is a lead architect in Lambda’s volatility-neutral alpha gen modeling. He leads a team of a dozen engineers at Lambda.

John is a graduate of the Bauer School of Business at the University of Houston and leads outside sales efforts at Lambda, interfacing with prospective clients and working with them daily.

Pete acts as Lambda’s regulatory and legal advisor. He holds a JD MBA from the University of Virginia and has specialized in securities and compliance matters for over 15 years.
